Conservation And Development area (twelve county board). *President of the Board of Holmes County Commissioners. *Workforce
and Investment Board (past president Ashland, Wayne & Holmes) *Family and Children First Council (past president) *State
Board of County Commissioners (past member) *President of the Holmes County Community Care Board. *President of the Holmes
County Solid Waste Board *Ohio Public Works Local Board (member) *Member of the Chamber of Commerce (Ashland, Holmes) and
the Ohio Farm Bureau.

About Dave
*Married for 26 years to Anita Hall (Grace
Brethren Church). *Dave and Anita have two children in college. Kyle a senior at the University of Toledo. Kimberly a junior
at the College of Wooster. *Dave has been Holmes County Commissioner for nine + years. Those years he has balanced the County's
budget each year, without increasing taxes and paying down the county debt during those years. *Before becoming County Commissioner,
he was the Holmes County Park District Director. He also was the County Recreation Director. *Dave was the 2006 Park District
Volunteer of the Year Award winner. *He has donated many hours to help Park Districts in long term planning throughout Ohio.
He has also taught youth sunday school at his church.
